The goal of the virtual Children’s Resiliency Group from SRPMIC Behavioral Health Services is to increase healthy coping skills, social skills, peer interactions, and self-esteem.
To do this, we will work with children to gain the confidence needed to better manage their feelings and emotions in school and at home.
The group meets at the following times:
- SRES Grades K-2 | Tuesdays at 2:30 p.m.
- SRES Grades 3-6 | Thursdays at 2:30 p.m.
The groups begin on Tuesday, Feb. 16 (grades K-2), and Thursday, Feb. 18 (grades 3-6). The groups will be co-facilitated by Paulina Smith and Constance McFarlin. Children can join the group safely through phone and/or video. Learn more by calling 480-362-5707.
