Salt River Elementary School leaders, as well as leaders from across Salt River Schools and the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, want to know how you feel about our school.
We are seeking feedback from caregivers with enrolled SRES students and feedback from SRES staff to understand perceptions and attitudes toward Salt River Elementary School.
The data we gain from these two surveys will help us identify areas that need improvement. All survey responses are anonymous.
The overall data will be shared with all stakeholder groups, such as the SRES Parent Advisory Committee and the Salt River Schools Education Board.

SRES students in upper elementary (3-6) will also be asked to provide feedback about their opinions and experience of SRES. They will take their surveys at school, but we encourage families to
review the surveys with their child to ensure understanding and discuss the importance of providing feedback like this.
