The Salt River Schools FACE program is an early enrichment program open to all Native American families enrolled in any tribal community and living within Maricopa County.

We provide services for parents, grandparents, caregivers/relatives, and young parents ages 17 and younger.

  • Home-Based: Provides early enrichment for families with children prenatal to 3 years old.
  • Early Childhood (Pre K): School and kindergarten readiness for students ages 3-4 years old.
  • Adult Education: Services and resources for adult-driven learning through education, employment, personal, and family goals.

Family Orientation and Open Enrollment day is on August 6th from 10am-12pm at the Salt River Elementary School in the FACE classrooms.

First day for FACE services is August 10th
First day of school for Preschool & Adult Education
First day of home visits for Family Enrichment

Join the Salt River FACE Program for our Open Enrollment & Family Orientation for the 2026-27 school year on Thursday, August 6, from 10a.m.-12p.m. at the Salt River Elementary School. This is a drop-in event.  Services we provide: • Preschool: 3 - 5 yrs. Old • Family Enrichment: Prenatal - 3 yrs. Old • Adult Education Support: Adults participating with their child in either component.  Who is eligible: • Enrolled in any federally recognized tribe • Reside within a 15-mile radius of SRPMIC boundaries. • One adult parent/caregiver MUST enroll with their child  What to expect: • Meet the FACE Team • Explore the classrooms • Light refreshments  Questions? 480-362-2400 | SRES.SaltRiverSchools.org

FACE Enrollment Forms

Items families must bring to be copied:

  • Child Birth Certificate
  • Child CIB/ Tribal ID
  • Immunization Records or signed exemption form
